Some of us in the Trinksportgruppe have a luxury problem: a wine cellar filled over the years and an imbalance between purchasing and consuming bottles of wine. Meaning: We buy more than we drink on our own.
Therefore, one or the other sporadically or regularly (sometimes monthly) invites to the joint destruction of the supplies – the so-called “cellar clearing”.
Here, of course, the culinary is not neglected – nevertheless, we don’t perform much cooking here but rather ham, salami, pâtés, cheese and other small delicacies are served.
Recently, a new trend of cellar clearing has been established – bottle parties. Here everyone brings a bottle from their own cellar and a little something to eat to the inviter.
